01Recruitment & training policy

Every guard trained before deployment

We have two training centers in Andhra Pradesh recognized by the National Skill Development Council, under which all security personnel undergo 30 days of training as per PSARA models. We also have training centers in all our branches, and certified trainers on board from the Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC).

The only institution which conducts technical courses like International Fire & Safety courses and security management courses.

Electronic & Physical Security Systems
Access control through CCTV network
Inventory related security checks
Physical inventory — check procedure, adjustments and record keeping
Stock movement — transfers to other stores and in‑stores
Inventory control — avoiding over‑stock and out‑of‑stock issues
Walk‑through DFMD (Door Frame Metal Detectors)

Isolated personnel frisking through HHMD (Hand Held Metal Detectors)
Emergency alarms, public address system and emergency exits, with evacuation where necessary
Vigilance on the premises
In / Out track of each employee
Focus on eye contact of staff and visitors
Vigilance staff keeping close watch over people moving in a suspicious manner on the premises and perimeter fencing
